The Hawaii Science & Technology Council (HSTC) is a 501(c) (6) not-for-profit membership organization that participates in lobbying activities as an advocate for the advancement of science and technology through policy development. Our members represent ten different technology sectors:

- Aerospace/Defense
- Biotechnology/Life Sciences
- Energy
- Environment
- Film/Digital Media
- Information/Communication Technologies
- Professional Services & Engineering
- Ocean Sciences & Engineering
Members include those engaged in or supportive of research, development, commercialization and application of science and technology in Hawaii.
